Color Postcards
Like a flyer, postcards are cost-efficient marketing materials used to spread the word to a targeted mailing list. They can be printed full color with your logo, organization name, address, phone, website, etc. Postcards can be used to generate interest in a new program, increase enrollment, or fund raise for a special event. Our postcard printing service makes it easy and affordable to order postcards.
Color Postcard Options
Paper: 100lb Uncoated Cover, 100lb Coated Gloss Cover, & 100lb Coated Silk Cover
Color: Single or Double-sided Full Color is available.
Finishing: Cut to finished size and bulk packed.
Mail Merge: Upload your Data File with your addresses to be added for mailing options
File format: PDF file format preferred. For further explanation, please see "Why Do I Need to Send a PDF" under The Learning Center.
Mailing Options
Bulk Mailing - Presorted First Class: 500 minimum pieces, weighs less than 16 oz., printed with a permit imprint authorization, receive roughly a 20% discount from Priority Class mail. This option is treated like regular First Class Mail.
Bulk Mailing - Permit Imprint Nonprofit: 200 minimum pieces, weighs less than 16 oz., printed with a nonprofit imprint, presorted, receive roughly a 70% discount from Priority mail. This option is the cheapest, but there is no prioity or guarantee by the Post Office.
Metered Mail: for regular and presorted First Class mail, quantities under 500, weighing less than 13 oz.
Helpful printing tips: Please include .25 inch margins in your file so your content is not trimmed away. Please include crops and bleeds of at least .125 inches.
